3D Perler Bead Peeps

Just in time for Easter I decided why not add another peep pattern to my collection of patterns. I have two styles of crochet peeps. One regular size peeps and one mine peep pattern that fit in Easter eggs. I have also designed a pony bead peep keychain, so why not a 3d perler bead pattern.

I am very fortunate that I am a multimedia crafter so I never get bored with just one craft and have so many supplies, I can open my own craft shop (lol..well seriously!)

I love to eat a peep once in a while and it is the first thing you see to let you know Spring and Easter are on the way so to celebrate why not create Peeps? They are simply adorable and I’m sure will bring so much joy to whoever receives them. To be honest making them in any form is so relaxing and great for mental health. That is one of the main reasons I craft, one the love of creating- losing yourself in something that brings you so much joy and second it is great for my mental health. It is a way to detach and make something you know will bring joy to someone else.

I know you guys are just excited as I was to get started on your first 3D perler bead peep. Here’s to you making tons before Easter. Great news, these fit in medium Easter eggs so you can include them in your baskets.

Supplies Needed:

249 beads color of peep

6 Black beads

Set up: The middle bunny on the grid is the middle on the peep. They will be placed in the same order as in the grid.

Each peep has3,5,3,1 space which are rows 2,3,4, and 5. You will put corresponding piece of 3×5, 5×5,3×5,1×5 in those spaces. Keeping in mind Row 2 has the eyes and row 3 of the peep has the nose. You will then repeat on the bottom. I will be doing the set up on Instagram so make sure to follow in case you need to visually see it.

Feel free to make, sell the peeps you make using my pattern. All I ask is that you give me credit as designer and tag me on social media showing me all your adorable peeps and ideas on where you used them.

Happy Crafting
